PERSONALIZED SERVICES
Care provided for each patient is customized for the specific medical needs involved. Before home services begin, a registered nurse may conduct a home care assessment in the home or hospital prior to discharge. This assessment will be discussed with your physician, who will specify instructions regarding your care.
